REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Divine Nutrition Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. In-Store Purchases

Due to the nature of our products (food, beverage, and supplements), all sales are final for consumable goods. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or consumed.

2. Online Purchases

  • Supplements & Apparel: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Digital Products: All digital purchases (downloads, e-books, or templates) are final sale and non-refundable once accessed.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@DIVINENUTRITIONCO.COM with photos and details for resolution.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@DIVINENUTRITIONCO.COM with your order number.

  2. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging (unopened).

  3. Store credit or a replacement will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
